Mental Health Practitioners

Mental Health practitioners are specialist clinicians that can support you with a wide range of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression, to more complex mental health conditions

They will support you by understanding your needs, helping you to access relevant services and information, supporting you to manage your own health, referring you to other services where this is needed

The Mental Health practitioners will work very closely with other staff in your practice and local community Mental Health teams in the South London and Maudsley Trust (SLaM)
